"So unnecessarily gorgeous, there are moments where it feels like Tarkovsky with drag and farting." - Time Out
Join King Arthur and his squire Patsy as they search for new recruits to join the Knights of the Round Table. On the way, they run into master swordsman the Black Knight, learn how to tell if someone is a witch, and most importantly, the migratory habits of coconuts & swallows. Fun fact: the crew used a real rabbit for the infamous scene and dyed it red, thinking it was easily washable. It turns out it wasn’t as the cast desperately attempted to clean the bunny – all while its owner was on set! So consult your copy of the Book of Armaments to cast the Holy Grenade of Antioch and don’t forget to bring your coconuts to this timeless cult comedy projected in glorious 35mm.
Please note: no Knights were harmed in the making of this film.
