Ten year-old Elliot discovers a friendly extra-terrestrial left behind during a botanical expedition. With the help of his older brother and younger sister, Elliot tries to keep E.T. hidden from government agents looking to experiment on the poor visitor. Steven Spielberg’s timeless story of a lonely boy who befriends an extra-terrestrial and helps him find his way home is a multi-layered adventure in the classic mold and easily one of the director’s most memorable. From “E.T. phone home” to the magical bicycle ride against a full moon, experience the film that captivates audiences young and old alike year after year. This film is appropriate for ages 7+.
