Elvis is an epic, big-screen spectacle from visionary, Oscar-nominated filmmaker Baz Luhrmann that explores the life and music of Elvis Presley, starring Austin Butler and Oscar winner Tom Hanks.

A thoroughly cinematic drama, Elvis' story is seen through the prism of his complicated relationship with his enigmatic manager, Colonel Tom Parker. The film delves into the complex dynamic between the two over the course of 20 years and is set against the backdrop of the evolving cultural landscape and loss of innocence in America. Elvis is a feast for the eyes—the kind that only the inimitable Baz Luhrmann could cook up—but it's more than just flash and spectacle. Luhrmann also tells the personal story of the man himself, from Presley's unprecedented rise to fame to his relationship with Priscilla Presley.
