Includes a pre-recorded Q&A with writer, director, and star Greg Sestero.
An obsessive photographer (Sestero) and his girlfriend (Angela Mariano) are invited to a desert getaway in search of an ultra-rare bird. They plan to capitalize on this discovery while also repairing their rocky relationship—but things take a dark turn when an unexpected and sinister presence forces them to face demons from their past, present and future. It's a twisted tale that hurtles towards an explosive gut-punch of an ending.
Loosely inspired by a true story about a cult hidden in the Arizona desert, Miracle Valley is a sharp and unsettling homage to 70s grindhouse horror. It marks the directorial debut of Greg Sestero, star of The Room and bestselling author of The Disaster Artist, and showcases his darkly comic storytelling style. The film's many beautiful locations—including, for the first time ever, Frank Lloyd Wright's architectural masterpiece Fallingwater—are shot in a stunning ultrawide aspect ratio that harkens back to the days of Cinerama.
